I bought what looked like quality polo shirts. Being an avid fan of the Italian football and rugby teams, I decided to buy three shirts with logos and badges on them. The badges are printed on and the lack of quality of the material overall is shocking. I can't even find any returns policy or information regarding this and no advice note came with the garment. Don't waste your hard earned money on this cheap Far Eastern rubbish.

Having previously bought many items from this company, my latest experience was frustrating. I ordered three items, and one had a noticeable mark on the sleeve. Priced at $16.99, I expected a refund, but they only offered a $3.00 credit, which is unreasonable. Additionally, I ordered a dress that didn't fit well, and they only allow exchanges for size changes at a cost of $16.00. I will not shop with this company again, as their customer service is unacceptable.
