The customer support experience has been very disappointing. I’m trying to recover my accounts from 2018-2019, specifically the usernames cookieandcoyote and coral8789. When I submit a support ticket mentioning these accounts, the response I get is that they lack sufficient evidence to verify ownership. It’s incredibly frustrating because I’m the one reaching out for help. They don't provide clear examples of what evidence is needed, and the only acceptable proof seems to be outdated receipts from years ago, which I no longer have access to.
