The customer support experience has been very disappointing. I’m trying to recover my accounts from 2018-2019, specifically the usernames cookieandcoyote and coral8789. When I submit a support ticket mentioning these accounts, the response I get is that they lack sufficient evidence to verify ownership. It’s incredibly frustrating because I’m the one reaching out for help. They don't provide clear examples of what evidence is needed, and the only acceptable proof seems to be outdated receipts from years ago, which I no longer have access to.

They seem to prioritize safety less than other platforms. Why are we no longer able to upload, basically forcing younger users to create solo games? This undermines the purpose of the platform. To access features, one must either pay or forfeit their ability to upload content. The game hasn’t grown because of users, but rather due to one person’s input, similar to a bank account.
Graphics 7.8/10, Players 5.8/10, Gameplay 8/10, Studio 8.9/10, UI 8/10, Simplicity 7.9/10, Features 7.95/10. Overall: 7.7642/10. Overall in stars: 3.8 out of 5 stars. I couldn't use decimals for the stars, so I decided to round down to 3.8 due to the current issues with the platform.
This platform has problematic safety policies and does not remove inappropriate accounts. There are numerous large groups with inappropriate themes that they refuse to eliminate. They have also endorsed a notorious developer known for supporting harmful content and even provided him with a desk at their office. Additionally, they take a significant percentage of game revenue, making it nearly impossible to promote games without substantial in-game currency. If I could give a negative rating, I absolutely would. I advise against allowing children to use this site.
