I received my order only to find that the shoes were damaged and falling apart. The soles are lifting off, making them unwearable for my wedding as I fear they will completely break during the day. I spent $114 AUD including shipping, so I expected much higher quality. I've tried reaching out to the support team twice over the past few weeks but haven't received any response. 😭
