After being a customer for over seven years, I've seen this website go downhill. I ordered two items, one ready to ship and the other a pre-order. After waiting over a month, I inquired and was told it was in the final stages. Another month passed, and I learned the pre-order was out of stock. They ignored my questions and offered store credit instead of a refund. After escalating the issue, they finally shipped my item after three months, but it was too late for my event. I can't believe how poorly I've been treated. I will shop elsewhere.
