I placed an order with this company at the very start of December, spending over $100, hoping the items would arrive in time for Christmas. However, by the time the holiday approached, my order hadn't even been shipped. To make matters worse, they contacted me after my order was confirmed and paid for, stating that the items I had selected were out of stock. I requested a refund for those unavailable items, and it took more than three weeks to receive a confirmation email about the refund. I had to send three separate emails to customer service throughout December just to get any response. While I understand that many companies face high demand during the holidays, the lack of communication I experienced was truly unacceptable. It seems I'm not alone in facing these issues with this company. Moving forward, I will be choosing to shop at other online retailers.
