Purchased a drill from local retailer.Tried to register the warranty.Almost impossible! Mty model details do not bring up an image for m to tap on I have no idea what the serial number is or where and you are asked to create an account with the inevitable password to do this .Twice after creating an account I was shown "website not reachable" I've given up I hopethe drill is better than the customer registration experience!!!
