Using this product has been costly and frustrating. Although it works well when functioning, I have faced multiple failures within a short period. Despite being in close proximity, it often fails. I find the experience stressful and only continue using it because it’s now funded. The support team is responsive and replaces faulty units, which is a slight positive.
