Absolutely horrible company! Do whatever you can to eliminate any possible need to interact with them. TWO of their devices became dysfunctional on the SAME DAY so they agreed to "expedite" the replacements for my newly diagnosed 13 year old daughter. Two days later, no updates from the company. I called on the day it was supposed to be shipped and every day after that -- and every day both the representative and the supervisor gave the same lame, pathetic response "I'm sorry, I apologize, I will expedite this. You will have it tomorrow or the next day." It is unconscionable that they do this to people, much less children. My daughter has to do the finger pricks now multiple times a day because they can't get a device onto a FedEx truck and are completely dishonest. Please save yourself the agony of dealing with this horrible company.
