The software I use to monitor my son's T1D with the device has been experiencing several strange problems. Currently, I can no longer access any historical data, as it only provides a brief overview of his current blood sugar level. This issue appeared unexpectedly, transitioning from functioning well to suddenly not displaying any history. I haven't received any updates or notifications about this change; it just happened. Additionally, the app randomly stops showing information, only to resume working without explanation. Furthermore, around 80% of the sensors he uses fail about 3-4 days early, along with other issues like unexpected disconnections. While the newer model may be slightly improved in some ways compared to the previous version, the company really needs to address these problems before they can be considered a top contender in the market.
