What I experienced today with this service is outrageous! It's just beyond me. Both call center and the courier, very mean. Waited for the courier to pick up my package for two days, called numerous times, only to find out that they cancelled my request, and both courier and call center agent LIED that I cancelled the service! I had two people on the address waited for two days for the courier that never arrived. Call center agent questioned me about the person at the address, who was there, do I trust her, claimed that she declined to hand over the package, that it was not packed properly, none of which is true, all lies. Btw, how come they know it was the woman at the address when the courier never came to the address he was given?! Then she said my employee cancelled, I have no idea what that is about, as it is a residence building, not a business one. I talked to the courier when he was 5 minutes from the given address, told him to go there to pick up the package, that it is important. They did not do their job and they lied about the outcome, creating a false ticket. And this is only in short. The worst ever. No comment. Never again.
