The service wrongly marked my delivery as "customer didn’t answer the phone," which is completely false. I had no missed calls, and my phone was operational all day. Instead of fulfilling their responsibilities, they simply changed the status to protect themselves. If they can’t deliver on time, they should at least be honest about it rather than making excuses. This is very unprofessional and utterly unreliable.

We paid for a "next day delivery" from one city to another. The package reached the destination but got stuck in the warehouse for two weeks. When I called to inquire, I was met with unhelpfulness and no follow-up. They promised delivery multiple times, but the package remained unshipped. Customer service was rude and dismissive. If you can, avoid this courier service because their reliability is nonexistent.
The service is atrocious! Regular post usually arrives the next day, yet I paid a premium and waited two weeks for my package. A driver attempted to deliver a package but I refused it due to visible damage. The driver yelled at me and attempted to force delivery while making xenophobic comments. This behavior is unacceptable and puts my security at risk. The company needs to take action against such conduct. If this continues, I will consider legal action.
If you’re not by your phone at all times, you likely won’t receive your package. They only ring once and then leave. Customer support is decent, but I won't use this service again. Delivery personnel should make a real effort to knock on the door.
