Incorrect delivery status marked

The service wrongly marked my delivery as "customer didn’t answer the phone," which is completely false. I had no missed calls, and my phone was operational all day. Instead of fulfilling their responsibilities, they simply changed the status to protect themselves. If they can’t deliver on time, they should at least be honest about it rather than making excuses. This is very unprofessional and utterly unreliable.

Untrustworthy and misleading service

Steer clear of this service!

We paid for a "next day delivery" from one city to another. The package reached the destination but got stuck in the warehouse for two weeks. When I called to inquire, I was met with unhelpfulness and no follow-up. They promised delivery multiple times, but the package remained unshipped. Customer service was rude and dismissive. If you can, avoid this courier service because their reliability is nonexistent.

Unbelievable service in 2025

It’s astonishing that such a shipping service still operates in 2025. They are the worst, unable to deliver anything in a reasonable timeframe, as packages seem to remain in their warehouse indefinitely.

I have been waiting for five days for a shipment that should take 1-3 days. This is the worst service! There’s no one to call or ask about it.

Completely unacceptable

The service is atrocious! Regular post usually arrives the next day, yet I paid a premium and waited two weeks for my package. The drivers are rude and confrontational, and customer service is unhelpful. I spent hours on hold with no answers. Why does this service still exist? They lack speed and reliability, and I will never use them again.

The worst service available

This is the worst service in the country. Packages sit for weeks in the warehouse until the sender asks for a return. When I called to complain, they acted like they were doing me a favor by locating my package, but I still had to pick it up myself after days of waiting. At least the call support is somewhat functional.

Incompetent and unprofessional

A driver attempted to deliver a package but I refused it due to visible damage. The driver yelled at me and attempted to force delivery while making xenophobic comments. This behavior is unacceptable and puts my security at risk. The company needs to take action against such conduct. If this continues, I will consider legal action.

Not reliable for phone delivery

If you’re not by your phone at all times, you likely won’t receive your package. They only ring once and then leave. Customer support is decent, but I won't use this service again. Delivery personnel should make a real effort to knock on the door.

Awful service

Terrible service, always late, and customer support is ineffective. What should be a one-day delivery often takes at least three days. My recommendation: choose another delivery service or stick with the regular postal service.
