Apart from being great software so that clients can upload their paperwork, searching in the Archives is also good for locating paperwork. You can save the file via Dext to the software or even download it to your file system or print it.Dext Help is also brilliant, as you can chat in real time to a human as long as it is business hours else you send them a message and they DO reply within the timeframe. Brilliant service all round I say.

EFFICIENCY!!

Using Dext System since 2025. ABSOLUTELY USER-FRIENDLY!!The fact that when scanning ... then uploading on dext ... immediately suppliers' invoices are allocated into accounts on our accounting system. Efficiency is off the charts. No manual processing required.
