I think this company is engaging in scams. I ordered for £74.98 on December 6th and never received a confirmation. When I checked, my order was marked as canceled without any notification. I've emailed them and tried their website, but received no response. There's no contact number, and I doubt I'll recover my money. Many reviews echo my experience, so I will be avoiding this company. I've already contacted my bank and plan to escalate this matter for false advertising and fraud.

My wife ordered vapes that were not even in stock and they tried to send something else instead. She requested a refund, which still hasn't arrived. They claim it has been sent, but both the bank app and the bank itself indicate otherwise. Terrible customer service! If this isn't resolved soon, we will be consulting Citizens Advice to understand how to exercise our consumer rights.
