I am new to Dext and trying to navigate through the web app. So far, I find it very user friendly. I had a few questions and contacted support for assistance. They provided me with links and descriptive "How Too's" to help me out. The support I received was amazing and so helpful. I was able to complete the process I needed assistance with and more. I find Dext to be quick, accurate and simple to use. The search history for individual suppliers is an advantage when looking for past receipts and invoices. Compared to other OCR software Dext stands out as the better product, by far and always improving.
We have a simple setup syncing Stripe and QuickBooks. Yet transactions get misclassified every year. They are usually quick to fix it but then it happens again the following year so clearly they don't address the core issue. And this time, I reported the issues over 5 days ago and there are still 8999 transactions that have not been exported, preventing me from finalising our accounts.Update: they did fix the issue, said they were slow due to a storm, and hopefully the problem won't continue recurring.
