I ordered a DF64V V2 grinder with an initially stated delivery timeframe of mid to late December.After the purchase, I was informed that delivery would be delayed until February 2026. When I requested a cancellation due to this substantial change, the seller refused a refund unless I accepted significant deductions (5% fee plus USD 80 shipping), despite the fact that nothing had been shipped.Repeated references were made to a “no refund” policy, even though the delivery terms were changed unilaterally and significantly after purchase. The issue was only resolved after escalating the matter through my credit card provider, who issued a full refund.From my experience, EU customers should be very cautious. The handling of pre-orders, delivery delays, and refund requests lacks transparency and does not appear customer-friendly.
