The queue to board the ferry was good, severe lack of facilities at Dover & Dunkirk, the toilets were shocking . Not enough seating on the ferry for families, not enough servers in the restuarant, the queue for food was over 30mins, because I have difficulty standing it made it very unpleasant. Food choice was good, cleanliness was great.
