​I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service and the attitude of the staff at the office/border. I encountered the following serious issues:
​Administrative Incompetence: Staff refused to verify the valid visa documents I provided, forcing me to pay an unnecessary £17 fee.
​Inconsistent Rules: I was denied boarding 40 minutes before departure for being "too late," despite 30 minutes being acceptable on previous occasions.
​Lack of Humanity: I was forced to wait outside in the cold for 90 minutes with a toddler. The reason given by the staff was that we were "disturbing their peace."
​The staff displayed a shocking level of arrogance and zero interest in helping. I would not recommend this service to anyone, especially families with children.
