Had a really good experience overall. The staff were great — genuinely helpful, friendly, and always willing to assist.
We decided to upgrade to the Commodore cabins, and it was well worth it. The extra comfort and space made a real difference, and we never once regretted choosing the upgrade.
One of the crossings had a bit of rough weather, but of course that’s nobody’s fault, and the crew handled everything professionally.
The food on board was very good, and there was plenty of choice for main meals. The only downside was the lack of lighter options. On our outbound trip we only wanted something simple, like a sandwich or a plate of chips, but the only small bites available were cakes or crisps. Having a few more light meal options would have made the experience even better.
Overall, it was a very enjoyable crossing, and I’d happily travel this way again.
