I ordered two pairs of glasses. ORDER DF1128220EU. The case for one of them was defective; the magnet that keeps the case closed was missing. I reported this to technical support and sent a video clearly showing that the case doesn’t close properly. Someone from your company contacted me and asked me to send more evidence, but I don’t know how else to demonstrate this. I filmed everything in detail, and the video clearly shows that the case does not stay closed. The problem has still not been resolved. You sent me a defective product. By the way, this isn’t my first order from your company. It seems I won’t be ordering from you again.
