To be quite honest: if I wouldn’t reach out about my order, I don’t think I would receive it ever nor seen my money. Yes I has been offerend full refund or the placement of new order but who knows what would happen if I wouldn't resch out. Apparently my order got lost.
Anyway, new order was placed and then I finally received my sunglasses. They are great, I love them.

They claimed they did't find me at home (I was at home, nobody came) and I had to go pick up my parcel in a very busy area with full traffic only morning hours... I think they just didn't want to carry a big box for delivery... It is a pitty to ruin a good impression because of someone else's fault....

I bought two pairs of shoes (the Vibla model), and both developed the same issue after only a few months of use: the upper mesh started to tear. I wear the shoes carefully and not on a daily basis, so this kind of damage is unacceptable.

When I contacted customer service to request a return or refund, my claim was rejected. Be aware that while the shoes look good, the build quality is far below what I would expect for this price.

I ordered some beautiful snow boots for £55 but they arrived damaged. The clasp on one boot was already broken when I opened the box, I hadn't even tried them on. I just assumed it's a simple quality issue & they would replace or refund as I understand these things happen in production. I contacted customer services & was shocked as they only offered me a 20% refund for a faulty product!! Avoid at all costs unless you want to pay 80% of the price for a faulty product that you can't even use!

Their online sales process is very disappointing. They prominently advertise free shipping, yet there are unexpected customs and delivery charges. I'm fine with paying extra, but this should be made clear during the checkout.

Nažalost, imala sam vrlo loše iskustvo s ovom uslugom. Nema šanse da bih ikada kupila nešto od njih ponovo. Narudžbu sam postavila prije više od dva tjedna, a još uvijek nije isporučena, niti sam dobila konkretne informacije o statusu. Naplatili su mi, ali novac nije vraćen. Pokušavala sam kontaktirati korisničku podršku više puta, ali su odgovori spori ili ih uopće nema. Nikada više i nikome ne preporučujem.
