I had a problem with the size of the shoes I ordered. It was my mistake, I ordered the wrong size. I emailed the company and even though they have an automatic system for preparing the order, they changed the size before they shipped them to me. It really saved me from a lot of trouble. They were kind and helpful. Definitely going to shop again.
