I ordered a pair of sneakers and clogs and while the sneakers are mint and 4/5 (-1 point as they do not breathe at all), the clogs are used?!? The package was damaged (looks to be already when shipped because it had a rubber band over it and it was inside the plastic bag which is sealed) and the shoes had worn damage on them.. the customer service had a speedy first reply saying ”don’t accept a damaged package” to which I said how can one see a damaged package when it’s inside a sealed bag + you need to open the whole thing to see the actual shoes (or clogs in this case).. havent heard from support since. Very bad experience do not recommend, never would’ve I thought I live to a day where I buy brand new items and get second-hand ones instead..
