If I could give zero stars, I would. The guarantee of 15 years is misleading, as the service team seems trained to dismiss faults. I spent nearly £3k on a sofa that developed structural issues within weeks. Despite attempts to fix it, the issues persisted, and the service has been frustratingly poor. I've had no communication and they missed scheduled appointments. This has been the worst customer service experience I've encountered. Avoid this company at all costs.
