I bought a three piece recliner sofa and chair, after just six months the lower back had sagged considerably on several seats offering no support. Customer service advise the cushions need to be maintained by laying back and plumping them up to keep them maintained. Now I dont know about you other than cleaning the exterior of your lounge suite were you ever told that you need to maintain the cushions on a regular basis? I’ve had many suites over the years and never encountered this situation and at 67 my weekly work out now included beating the crap out my suite.. The filling is it not fit for for purpose its as simple as that.
