If I could give no stars I would, I placed an order on 16th October for an Elda rug along with a sofa & foot stool, the sofa & footstool arrived.
The rug was due December then January then 15th February then the 24th February, I have called and been on chat now so many times I have lost count, not one person takes accountability. All I am told is it is due in (the above dates) now the last date has been and gone. Not 1 DFS person has called to let me know where the rug is - I paid for this rug 4 months ago and still no rug and no apology! Shocking customer service from what I thought was a well trusted brand - where is my rug? Where is accountability with staff - quick to take the payment however not quick to resolve the matter.
