Review Time
I have chosen the sofa bed I would like to buy but am unable to order it right now because I am waiting to receive the swatches of fabric I requested on 19th February. I paid £133 for that to happen, was told they would be here within a week and now, nearly two weeks later I am still waiting. Is this your usual quality of service?
If I could give no stars I would, I placed an order on 16th October for an Elda rug along with a sofa & foot stool, the sofa & footstool arrived.
The rug was due December then January then 15th February then the 24th February, I have called and been on chat now so many times I have lost count, not one person takes accountability. All I am told is it is due in (the above dates) now the last date has been and gone. Not 1 DFS person has called to let me know where the rug is - I paid for this rug 4 months ago and still no rug and no apology! Shocking customer service from what I thought was a well trusted brand - where is my rug? Where is accountability with staff - quick to take the payment however not quick to resolve the matter.
The store is a nice layout and all staff were approachable and helpful
Nobody chased after you when looking which was refreshing
Only real feedback why not offer an in store discount price on the day, surely encouraging in store purchases vs online would keep the store & staff in a role in the long term?
Haven’t received the order yet and it has an 11 weeks wait time so I can’t comment on the quality of the items nor the delivery & product itself
Very Experienced Team and assisted well with real time feel of sofa we bought. Definitely will recommend this to friends and we got a better deal among the other retailers.
Greeted with huge smile and warm welcome on arrival Euan introducted himself said we were after new sofas let us wander around on pur own but was there on hand when we had a few questions and helped us on our new sofas great lay out of shop floor bright and easy to access.
Just made purchase of 2 new leather sofa recliners at our local DFS store. Very happy with service and particularly happy with knowledge and support provided by Salesperson Kim, she was respectful, not mouthy and gave us all the information we needed to help us make an informed decision, and once decided provided a depth of product knowledge regarding optional extras, fabric and leather materials and the various frame options to best suit our requirements and budget. Overall very happy with service and would happily recommend
I had a very pleasant experience with your DFS supervisor in the skough store. Diggy spent a lot of time with us and we were really really pleased with his service. He was had so much patience with us and I think the whole experience was so comfortable and are really great full with his customers service. A true asset to your company.
Steve was brilliant, so helpful and friendly, made buying a sofa feel safe and easy. When mentioning that I also needed a new mattress he found me one straight away and added it to the purchase. Everything was explained very clearly, all questions were answered with honesty and knowledge. Thanks Steve.
Priced up the same order i was quoted instore whene I got home online and worked out over £500 more expensive. They put in a higher price on their tablets and waffle you the final price. Absolute scam. Preying on hard working people.
