We purchased sofas based on a pre-Christmas delivery guarantee. However, the sofas will not arrive before Christmas.I have called customer service three times. Each time, I was told they acknowledged the sofas were supposed to be delivered earlier, that the issue had been noted, and that someone would call me the next day. No one followed through.Delays can happen, but the lack of proactive updates and the repeated failure to revert is unacceptable.
