3 months of waiting and my couch is nowhere to be seen or heard of, apparently it's stuck with the "supplier" and they can't get through to them at all!
Never buying a product from them ever again and I advise everyone to stay as far as way as possible from this horrid company.

Very poor customer service. I ordered a chair which arrived and I’m happy with that but I paid €20 more for easy glides. These never arrived. 3 months later and no sign after several requests for calls back and many emails but no follow up thread. It’s shocking how something so simple cannot be resolved after such a long time. I will think of doing business elsewhere in future.
We were told our sofa would arrive on the 31st Jan 2026 so we disposed of our old sofa. Our sofa never arrived and we still have no sofa a week later. I have been transferred to six different people within the so called customer care service and none of them can give me a delivery date.its very upsetting. I will never do business with dfs again. The worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with.
I actually don’t know how these people are still open in Ireland . I was treated like I was wasting the staffs time the girl could not be bothered to answer any questions and kept looking at her phone like I was keeping her for something . Went to a competitor close by and the total opposite they could not do enough for me and never pushed. Bad experience in Blanchardstown dfs
I purchased a foot stool guaranteed delivery latest mid December- after numerous attempts to find out delivery time I found out it wont arrive until 23rd of December and I won't receive it, I requested a refund on numerous occasions the store manager is to call me going on weeks now. The customer service is disgraceful no call backs no response. I just want my money back and go elsewhere. I do not recommend DFS let you down and not able to speak to the store, requests constantly fobbed off ringing UK and same just fob you off. Keep saying another 72 hours another 72 hours DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE 😢 No product no refund Update Dfs delivered a used display model and tried to make out it was my item their UK service told me Im right my item is still getting shipped - I'm sick of making calls and emails I'll be dropping the item back and demanding a full refund
We purchased sofas based on a pre-Christmas delivery guarantee. However, the sofas will not arrive before Christmas.I have called customer service three times. Each time, I was told they acknowledged the sofas were supposed to be delivered earlier, that the issue had been noted, and that someone would call me the next day. No one followed through.Delays can happen, but the lack of proactive updates and the repeated failure to revert is unacceptable. Anyone considering buying from here should be aware that the customer service is not merely poor; it is effectively negative
"our team aim to answer your call in 5 minutes" is the most frustrating thing to listen to on the phone when you're on hold for an eternity. It's a lesson to shop local as you can ring the store where you purhcased your sofa from if you purchase it locally. We had horrendous issues with the delivery and in fairness the store manager in Blanchardstown, the branch that we bought the sofa in, did ring at one stage, but he said he'd sort the delivery issue and phone us back the next day and never did. The women and men that I spoke to in the customer service were so courteous and so kind - however, unfortunately, I would swap that for someone rude who was able to get through to the delivery team that kept failing to deliver the sofa. The DFS delivery team must run completely seperately to the customer service people as it was painful to try sort out the delivery issues. The delivery team had my wrong postcode (no idea how as it was correct on all correspondance up to that point, including on the order) and they never rang to double check the postcode or ask for any delivery information, not one phone call was made, they were happier to mark it as a failed delivery, each week, and bring it back to the depot. You can phone DFS customer service until you're blue in the face but that won't change it. The sofa to be fair is lovely, and the team who set it up were lovely, and the people on the customer service line were lovely, but it was an awful experience to sit but couchless waiting on failed deliveries week after week.
