Finally got our sofa delivered within a hare’s breath of Christmas,3 weeks of getting fobbed off from original delivery date . Wrong back legs that are incompatible so sofa is sitting on the floor .1/3 of our sofa was sent with the wrong back but considering we was facing Christmas without furniture we were just happy to have something.No contact from dfs ,no return phone call no offer of any sort of compensation, nothing at all.Not even a mention of waving the delivery charge at least
