Don't let their contrite sounding responses fool you. This company steals people's money. I ordered a mascot costume for our school play. It cost over $250. Supposedly delivery was attempted on Thanksgiving. It was supposed to have arrived over a month earlier and our show had closed by the time someone supposedly tried to deliver it to a closed school campus. I had tried to contact DHGate repeatedly via email and finally through an online chat session. I was told that if the item was not claimed by December 9, it would be returned to the sender and we would get our money back. I am still waiting. These are funds which our small drama department had to fundraise. The company has sent email that our dispute has been closed. They will no doubt post some bogus response here asking for an order number, but I have provided them with that information repeatedly! DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A CHINESE COMPANY THAT SEEMS TO BE ABLE TO OPERATE OUTSIDE OF US LAWS ON CONSUMER PROTECTION.
