They delivered my package to not just the wrong address, but the wrong city then lied to me about it and refused to fix their screw up. I just happened to find an email with the wrong address on it and drove 2 1/2 hours round trip to that house to retrieve it. Fortunately, it was a nice young man that happened to keep it and gave it to me. They claimed that “I” went online & changed the delivery address or someone hacked my DHL account and changed it. I didn’t change it and I don’t have a DHL account. I might have believed them if it turned out to be an empty house & the package was stolen from there, but that wasn’t the case. After I received the package, I saw there was a new DHL label on it. I peeled it off to find my actual address on the original label & someone at their company changed it intentionally. When I first called to complain, all they had to do was send the driver to get it from the wrong address and redeliver it to me; but they couldn’t be bothered to fix their own incompetence, much less apologize. This is a horrible place to deal with and hope I never have the misfortune of having something shipped & delivered through them again.
