driver rang the bell and left--It took me about 15sec to get to the door, when I got there the driver was in the vehicle about to drive off--When asked why he couldn't wait he said he had to get on and couldn't wait.
Although I do Not think I was slow getting to the door, I did have to get out of a chair and walk to my front door.
The driver was impolite and impatient
He already pressed the 'NO ANSWER' on his terminal--this then generated an automatic email and text asking me to rearrange delivery.
Regardless of his impatience He could see from the front door a big TV screen on in the lounge
