They will then refer you to a WhatsApp number with a Ft Lauderdale area code when you ask to speak to someone in English only for that number to tell you they can't/won't help you with packages for Mexico.Do yourself a favor - CHOOSE ANY OTHER PROVIDER besides DHL. Estafata is good, FedEx is also OK. If you want your package to arrive on-time DO NOT CHOOSE DHL. It isn't even the cheapest so I do not know why companies like Amazon insist on using them.If there was a ZERO star rating option, I would choose it.
