DHL Mexico in Marina Vallarta is the absolute WORST! When I see their drivers they are nice but their system is bad. I live in PV year-round, I receive packages from the Amazon US site and Amazon.com.mx. Consistently (I assume when they are busy) they SAY they tried to deliver the package and were not able to do so. They then "hold it" in the office where I have to drive, pay to park, have not just ID but my PASSORT, wait in line, and fill in a form to receive the package(s). The fact that I have a RING doorbell and can see that NO ONE came to the door shows that DHL consistently LIES. Worse I would assert they are behaving fraudulently, as I assume they are paid to DELIVER the packages.
