Ordered Starlink to be delivered to San Carlos. It went from Mexico City to Mazatlan in a day, another day to Hermosillo. Then they farmed it out to a 3rd party carrier. We have contacted DHL and they can’t tell me where my Starlink is, can’t tell me what company they farmed it out to and they marked it as delivered so I am paying for internet without having the Starlink to actually get the internet. DHL has basically stolen 500 USdollars from me with no way to actually get what I payed for.
