DHL is a terrible company to give your money to. They failed to deliver a simple envelope with a return label so I could retrieve an item I had left behind at a hotel. It took more than a week to deliver an envelope and label. First they claimed a bad address, then "route problems." The address was correct but the courier said he couldn't find the building - a big building on a clearly marked street in a major city. I was told DHL "the international delivery expert" doesn't use GPS to find a location. Then the 2nd courier simply never attempted to do the delivery. And in the end DHL delivered an empty envelope with no return label that I paid for, so I cannot get my item returned to me. Antonio Arraz heads up this clown operation. Here's where he learned his trade: Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management ; University of Florida; Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México. Not top tier schools, but even they should be ashamed to have him on their roster. And he should be ashamed of sponsoring the dreadful performance DHL delivers on a daily basis.
