Damaged high value wines TWICE from the same shipping address, same items. Now the store is out of the items I wanted. Simply the WORST shipping service I've ever experienced; I got delivered 100+ cases without a problem with various other shippers in Europe; 2 out of 3 cases ended up being broken with DHL. They are a total scam. STAY AWAY!
