Don’t use DHL
They expect you to stay at home whole day for delivery
Would not provide delivery window
We live in 21st digital century and how hard to provide expected delivery window or advance SMS or gps location of delivery van?
Incapable of delivering anything from their Pocklington depot, they call unsolicited once taken a photo of your door then send items back to sender .this has happened on a few occasions. Complaining does nothing, bad reviews don't do anything, joining their site and trying to organise redelivery does not work. If you look at the reviews on Google maps they consistently fail to deliver and the Pocklington depot needs closing down , I thought Evri / Hermes were bad but DHL are worse. My stomach sinks when someone sends something by this circus. We have had no correspondence or help and have spent so much time and effort trying to sort things and lost lots of revenue by their failures

They left my parcel in the gutter of a main road at 4-30 where à schoolgirl found it over half a mile from my home. Her mother traced me through Facebook and got it to me two days later. They claimed I had received and signed for it at 6-30 and there is no way of contacting them to complain. Their e mail address is non contactable. DO NOT USE THEM.
Never left a review for anything before but how DHL can call themselves a delivery service is a joke, non delivery more like , message after message sorry delayed, Hundreds of pounds payed for an item and who knows where it is or when I’ll get it.If you see delivery by DHL, don’t get it
so we will just pretend that waiting for the whole day at home for a courier that doesn't answer his phone neither to me or to DHL, didn't deliver a thing, and I found him turning in circles in a roundabout then just driving around the block pretending to work is ok?
I ordered a camera module from Inno-Maker. The website said shipping was via UPS (???) and cost $25. However, they sent me the package via DHL. No one informed me in advance that customs fees are not included in the shipping prices and are paid separately. The second part is how much I paid for all this. The camera costs $40 and weighs 9 grams. And I paid $62 for shipping ($25 + duty fees). This means that shipping is one and a half times more expensive than the camera. BUT THAT'S NOT ALL. Let's calculate how much it will cost to launch the camera (9 grams) into space: if we use a Falcon 9 rocket, then they charge $6,000 per 1 kg. 6,000 * 0.009 kg (9 grams) = $54. This means that LAUNCHING THIS CAMERA INTO SPACE IS CHEAPER THAN SHIPPING.
Absolutely unacceptable that DHL do not have a phone line which connects to a human fur help
There is no way I ca. update a preference on their website and as all my
Parcels get dumped downstairs at the front door, due to lazy couriers, and me with a disability having to run downstairs for items before they're stolen, it's insane that this firm do not have a live chat expect preloaded answers from a robot, which give you one option only and nothing but tracking updates

Like everyone else, this is hands down the worst delivery company to possibly exist.
Delivery expected 9th. Get a notification it'll arrive 7th at 1:50pm. Driver rocks up and 11:10 when I'm not home, and leaves no calling card.
No customer service to call, no note. Nothing.
I wish businesses would stop using them.
I ordered for next day delivery but dhl not delivered my parcel next and again next day also showing fake delivery attempt i have 24 hours cctv recording in my front door i have also doorbell with recording.. I dont why are they doing like this ... fake delivery attempt. very bad service..
