Basically I have been let down twice now basically my order from Dunelm was due for delivery on the 11th of April and basically it was delayed until the 13th of April and when it arrived the box containing the storage boxes was bashed and the driver drove off very quick, and when my husband opened the box two of the plastic storage boxes were broken we informed Dunelm about it and they sent out a replacement storage boxes which are needed urgently, and basically no one can drive in our house for medical reasons and we have no support nearby to help, and we received a email this morning saying our new order of storage boxes will be delayed not very impressed with this situation
