They lost my packet and when I call customer service I have to wait 15 minutes to be told to wait some more, for months! They have me fill out forms and send emails and have no idea where my package is and they do not reimburse me! Half the times when I say my issue they hang up. Before the call I am asked to do a survey about their service but since they know I am an unsatisfied customer, the survey disappears so that the result is biased. They do everything in their power for someone to be discouraged and give up. They lost my package months ago and have no intention of helping me. Worst customer service ever!!! I am doing everything I can, even pay more, to send stuff with another service. Their delivery times are anyway completely unreliable both for sending and receiving.
