The courrier in Ebersberg is so unprofessional. He has done this twice. Using the call bell too long, calling three times. I was on a night shift and was sleeping and woke up because of that. Now i am in the bathroom and done this again. How can someone work like this? Simply rude and unprofessional.
Honestly, worst customer service ever. I wrote them 2 emails a day, 6 days in a row. Got an answer to 2, the ones that I translated to German, while gmails literally have an auto-translation.. I don't think it's much of a trouble to answer when I write in English. I'm writing this on day 6 of waiting for a reasonable answer from them, since the answers I got on my emails don't give me any information at all.
The chatbot only speaks German, making it impossible to talk to an operator; online tracking offers poor, if not useless, information; updates on delivery are impossible to obtain, even when it states 'delivered.' It's a classic case of: 'We’ve always done it this way, and customers have no choice. We don't care about service; they will pay regardless of the quality we provide.'
I placed an order on Friday, expecting it to arrive within 1-2 business days, or a maximum of 3. By Saturday, it was already in transit, but since Monday, my parcel has been stuck at a warehouse just 20 minutes away. Now it's Thursday and I still haven't received it. This service should be handed over to someone who cares about fulfilling orders, and the delivery timeframe should be removed since it clearly isn't reliable.
