I received an email stating my delivery would arrive on 09/12/25 by 20:00, but it never showed up. Then, I was told it would arrive on 10/12/25 by 20:00, but again, it failed to arrive. Next, I was informed it would come on 11/12/25 between 15:25 and 17:25, yet there was still no delivery. I ultimately rescheduled for 15/12/25, and it finally arrived then. The delivery and customer service were extremely poor, and I did not receive any apologies for missing three scheduled times. I will not be ordering from any businesses that utilize this service in the future.
