Review Time
I've had a series of disappointing experiences lately. Initially, I ordered a high chair from a well-known retailer, but it was lost by the delivery service. Today, three parcels were delivered, but only one belonged to me. They were left outside my gates on a busy road in heavy rain. I received no notification about the delivery. When I discovered them, they were drenched, and the parcel at the bottom was soaked and had collapsed. I found the proof of delivery on the delivery service's website, which claimed the parcels were signed for by someone named Rosie. No one rang my doorbell, and no one called; Rosie is the resident of my house. It seems the courier merely glanced at the name on the parcel and falsely reported that they had been signed for. This is utterly unacceptable.
I received an email stating that my delivery would arrive on 09/12/25 by 20:00, but it did not show up. Then I was informed it would arrive on 10/12/25 by 20:00, yet again it failed to arrive. Following that, I was told it would come on 11/12/25 between 15:25 and 17:25, but it was still a no-show. Eventually, I rescheduled the delivery to 15/12/25, and it finally arrived. The delivery and customer service were absolutely terrible, and I received no apologies for missing three scheduled delivery times. I will avoid ordering from any companies that use this service in the future.

There was no attempt to deliver my package, just a blank image of my house as proof, although the driver never even rang the doorbell! We have CCTV footage to confirm we were waiting. The call center is automated and won't connect me to a person, repeating the same questions endlessly. This service clearly does not prioritize customer communication. The chat feature is equally frustrating; this company is a joke! The driver was dishonest! Shocking experience.
I ordered a Christmas tree online and was home all day on Friday. It shouldn't have been an issue for the delivery person, but it was. Instead of ringing the doorbell, they just left a 'sorry we missed you' note. The same thing happened again on Monday when I was home all day. I'm not feeling optimistic about getting a tree this Christmas.
I arranged for a collection through a platform, and a message from the service said they would collect on Wed 26/11/25, but they didn't show up. The next message indicated collection would be on Thurs 27/11/25, but again, no one came. I haven't left my house in days, and I can't get any clear answers from the platform. I have sold an item and arranged for collection; it's not the courier's place to dictate the timing!
I had a collection scheduled, and on the day, I received an estimated time of 11:53-12:53, which coincided with another delivery. However, the delivery was marked 'delayed,' and the collection message indicated the item wasn't ready. They never showed up. I even have a timestamped photo of the item ready for collection a full 24 hours before it was due. Someone is clearly not being truthful. To add insult, they provided a delivery time for the next day, but still, no delivery occurred. I've never had issues with other services in 25 years, only with courier companies.
