I received an email stating that my delivery would arrive on 09/12/25 by 20:00, but it did not show up. Then I was informed it would arrive on 10/12/25 by 20:00, yet again it failed to arrive. Following that, I was told it would come on 11/12/25 between 15:25 and 17:25, but it was still a no-show. Eventually, I rescheduled the delivery to 15/12/25, and it finally arrived. The delivery and customer service were absolutely terrible, and I received no apologies for missing three scheduled delivery times. I will avoid ordering from any companies that use this service in the future.
