Waited in all day from 10 am to 6 pm didn’t come & collect a returns parcel. I was given a time slot 2.31pm- 3.31pm. I I rang DHL to find out what’s going on and was told sorry ma’am please wait until 6 pm, If parcel isn’t picked up ring customer services after 6. I rang after 6.01 pm to say no driver came and was told sorry the drivers have clocked off for today & there was some mix up with the driver with my return. Now tomorrow I’ll have to do it all again. I said can I leave the parcel in a wheels bin, I was told sure but if it goes missing I’m liable for it.First &last time I’ll use that company again. Cannot give a -1 review because DHL don’t deserve a 1. Once bitten twice shy.
