When I first received notification that my package was on the way, I specifically requested it to be left in my mailbox without a signature. This was completely ignored, and the package was not delivered. I was later informed it was at the depot for pick-up, which I couldn't access. I called customer support and requested a redelivery. I was told I would be contacted with a new delivery date but heard nothing all week. After contacting support again, nobody knew where my package was, and an investigation was initiated. Today, I received an email stating my package is on its way back to the sender. Does that make any sense? Communication seems lacking both internally and externally. They used to be good, but now I have no idea what has happened to them.
