This has been a frustrating experience. My package has been held for nearly two weeks. The customer support is utterly unhelpful. Update: It finally reached my country, but it’s still being delayed. I won't be using this service again; they used to be reliable in the past.
When I first received notification that my package was on the way, I specifically requested it to be left in my mailbox without a signature. This was completely ignored, and the package was not delivered. I was later informed it was at the depot for pick-up, which I couldn't access. I called customer support and requested a redelivery. I was told I would be contacted with a new delivery date but heard nothing all week. After contacting support again, nobody knew where my package was, and an investigation was initiated. Today, I received an email stating my package is on its way back to the sender. Does that make any sense? Communication seems lacking both internally and externally. They used to be good, but now I have no idea what has happened to them.
The service has been terrible. I don’t see any sense in their delivery process. My parcels have always been delivered efficiently, but this time they are just moving around without logic. It should have arrived today, not two days later like before. If this continues, they might end up like other unreliable services. UPDATE: My parcel still hasn’t arrived! It’s been stuck nearby for two days. It’s unacceptable to pay for express service and have this delay. I’m considering legal action if it doesn't arrive today.

This service used to be good, but my last two experiences have been completely unreliable. I redirected a delivery to a service point, but the driver tried to deliver outside of their hours multiple times. The second package was lost, and I was only informed after contacting support. It was supposedly out for delivery, but tracking said delivery was attempted when I was home all day. I’m still waiting for my essentials, and their support has been unresponsive. This company has really gone downhill.
