Impossible to get in contact. Have a parcel that was supposed to come from Carlow to Galway. It's been 13 days and it still hasn't moved. Reached out to customer service and no response. Have another parcel with dhl and it hasn't moved in 12 days. No issues with parcels from other couriers. Seriously awful service
