Shockingly bad! Ordered frozen meat from Nature's Menu and only one out of two parcels arrived. Can't ever get hold of anyone and left on hold for 15 minutes when someone finally answered. Still no idea where the other parcel is and will have to be returned anyway because they don't have freezer lorries. No idea how this company stays in business or why other companies use them.
